Check out this 1994 Mazda Eunos roadster M2 1028, This M2-1028 Street Competition Roadster is one of a kind. The 94 M2 is Limited to 1/300. M2-CORP released its third Roadster in early 1994, based on the original “Jinba Ittai” concept made by Toshihiko Hirai. This was billed as a track-ready Roadster. Offered only in Chaste White or Brilliant Black as pictured here only, this Roadster used the new 1.8L powerplant with upgraded pistons, camshafts, and other similar goodies. This Roadster had an output of close to 150 bhp , and included 14″ Eunos Factory Rims with a unique gunmetal paint with polished lip which sadly are not included in this model. The only real changes were a new set of lightweight side mirrors, MOMO Steering Wheel, Centerless console, racing seats, racing tow hook, a set of lower lip spoilers, and a newly designed “Duck-Tail” trunk lid with integrated spoiler. The M2-1028 trunk lid was made from aluminum and made to be super light weight. It also came with a 6-point roll cage which is included in this model.
While this car is a verified M2 vehicle, you may some minor modifications have been done, Starting with the exterior the OEM Brilliant Black paint still has plenty of shine and life left in it with no major dents or scratches, The quater panels had Aftermarket flares fitted and molded into the body for a seamless wider tire track which help fit the aftermarket wheels that have been fitted, A watanabe styled aftermarket wheel which gives it even more of a track look, a Hard top has been fitted to complete the sleek look aside from which the exterior remains fully original.
moving in to the cabin, much like the exterior the car holds on to its true nature with some minor modifications, The car originally came with Bucket style seats but have since then been replaced with Aftermarket Bucket seats, A OEM center console has been fitted in the place where the M2 package did not have one in which a Pioneer aftermarket single din head unit has been fitted. A nardy steering wheel has been added. and one we’ve never seen before, a USDM cluster has been fitted in place of the OEM taking away the need to constantly convert from KMH to MPH here. The remaining of the interior remains original and un touched.
under the hood lives the preppy and healthy OEM upgraded 1.8 from the M2 1028 Package which remains fully original and unmolested. the 1.8 drives starts, idles, and drives with out any hiccups with plenty of life left in it. The transmission shifts through every gear swiftly with out any grinds of any kind.
